I bought two VPSs before everything is normal, but a new VPS is something wrong . I can't boot and reboot on the web console, but the IP address can be ping. Return data via SSH connection, but the password is wrong. I can't use it now, I hope someone will help me see my problem.

My VPS status is always stopped. Clicking boot and reboot will show the mounted, but it will stop after the status is refreshed.

Whether your machine has been attacked by others?He changed your password?I think you should reinstall it.

Go to "Enduser Panel" on left menu to Change Password or Reinstall your OS .Use Public/Private Keys for SSH Authentication

Maybe you can reset password in the panel, then using the new password to login ssh

reset password

If no data ,rebuild may be the sample method.

May be you've got DDoS by others, I've used to be exhausted by this while using my own vps.
