How to reboot a unix server via telnet?
Using a telnet program like http://www.telnet98.com/ or SSH Client like putty (for windows), telnet as admin or SSH as root then type su - to becomes root and then type reboot

First, ssh to your server as root and just type /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
