How to reinstall your OS

1. Login to client area

2. Go to your Active services you want to reinstall -> click View Details

3a. For OpenVZ: Find Reinstall buton and click it (if you do not see the Reinstall button then your plan do not come with free reinstall, you need to order Reinstall via Addons page)
3b. For New KVM: Scroll down and find RebuildVM/Reinstall button. Click here if you want to reinstall from ISO.

4. Under Storage -> make sure to select netbackup or backup

5. Below it under "OS Template" -> select the OS you want

6. Click Reinstall button

NOTE: If problems, you need to clear all your web browser caches, close then reopen it. Or try other web browser, like Firefox, select "New Private Window".
