How to setup rDNS

1. Login to our client area
2. Click Services
3. Click "View Details" on the product with the IP
4. Click "Management" tab on top -> click Manage rDNS -> This may take a while so please wait for your browser to finish loading.
5. Scroll down for the rDNS menu
6. Click "Add" button
7. Just select or Enter the IP and put in the name you want. Then click Add button.
NOTE: If your IP(s) not showing up, please create ticket to support to have us add it for you.

8. Once added, if you'd like to make changes, you need to DELETE then Add it again, EDIT fuction may not work.
